RECIPE : KIMCHI DUMPLINGS

A few weeks ago, I found this Kimchi Mandu (Dumplings) recipe on Cookat Facebook Account. Check it out here! It looks so yummy, so I decided to follow the recipe and try it at home.
Here goes the recipe,
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Kimchi
1/3 Tofu
2 Hot Chili Pepper
1 handful Mung Bean Sprout
1/3 Garlic Chive
2 Green Onion
1 handful Clear Noodle
200 g Minced Pork
*you can change it to chicken or other meat
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Pepper
Dumpling Pastry
*use gyoza pastry skin
HOW TO MAKE
1. Blanch Mung Bean Sprout and clear noodle.
2. Chopped kimchi, mung bean sprout, clear noodle, garlic chive, chili pepper and green onion into small pieces.
3. Squeeze tofu and crushed it with the back of a knife.
4. Mix all the ingredients above with the minced pork.
5. Add soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.
6. Its ready to be wrapped!
7. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.

I make 2 shapes, one is for the steamed dumplings and one for the fried pan dumplings :)
